What is the
minimum order of bottles that I can order?
Our minimum order is 240
bottles. We can produce fewer than 240 bottles for a $35 charge,
however, due to the printer's minimum order requirements you
must purchase 240 labels.

Can you split
ship or drop ship to more than one location?
YES! We can split ship your
order to as many destinations as you like. There is a low $15.00
charge, plus freight charges, for each additional drop shipment.
What is the
shelf life of bottled water?
There are no published guidelines
or regulations pertaining to a legal shelf for bottled water.
We do, however, recommend that you consume your water within
2 years of the bottling date.
Will you sell
us empty pre-labeled bottles?
YES! We will produce custom,
pre-labeled empty bottles which can be filled by you at a later
date. We will ship the matching caps in bulk boxes along with
your order. Please subtract $.04 per bottle when ordering empty
labeled bottles.
Can you tell
me something about your water quality?
Following is a summary of
the purification process used by Identity Bottling:
- Water is filtered through a
carbon bed for macro-filtration to remove impurities and to assure
neutral aroma and flavor.
- Water then passes through a
reverse osmosis unit used to eliminate any chemical or biological
contaminants.
- It is then leached through ion
beds to eliminate any trace mineral remains.
- The water then passes through
an ultra violet light source, which sterilizes and maintains
biological purity.
- The last step is a sub-micron
filtration device, which removes any remaining particles larger
than .2 microns in size.

Identity water is one of the
purest, if not THE purest, water in the industry. An independent
laboratory tests it weekly.
If you are
charging my credit card for the order, how will I know what freight
charges are?
Before any charges are made
to your credit card, you will be contacted via telephone or E-mail
by one of our customer service representatives for an order review.
During this conversation we will confirm the quantity, art requirements
and ship-to address. We will also give you the total freight
charges in advance.
Will I have
art approval before the order is produced?
YES! You will receive an
order confirmation and an art proof via email PDF file within
24 hours of placing your order. All you have to do is print these
out and mark the changes or sign your approval on the form and
fax it back to us. We will not produce the order until we have
a signed art proof on file from you. If you do not have access
to a fax machine, you can respond to the email noting changes
in the body of your message. An optional color laser proof is
available for spot color jobs via Federal Express for a charge
of $20.
For 4-color process orders, a
Fuji Digital color proof will be sent to you Via Next Day Air
at NO CHARGE.
When is payment
due?
Payment is due at the time
of art approval via charge card because this is a custom order.
If you choose to pay by money order or cashiers check, production
will not begin until payment is received. If paying by business
or personal check, please allow 14 days for production to begin.
Are there
any charges if I want to cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled up
to the time that label art is approved. After that, labels are
in production and cannot be stopped. All cancelled orders will
be charged a 5% cancellation fee. We order raw materials daily,
based upon orders received in the system. When orders are cancelled,
we must hold the excess on hand in inventory, which is expensive.
